The goal was to build a strong, trustworthy premium brand for the newly founded property company, addressing precisely the target group of German-speaking property buyers in Tenerife. The result had to be an all-round presence that elegantly brings together the estate agency work, the construction management and the property management.

The challenge lay in the absolute "full service" scope of this project. We started from zero: there was no brand, no positioning and no IT infrastructure. Alongside classic branding and web design, the complete digital working environment for an estate agency (mail server, CRM system) had to be designed and integrated without friction.

As a boutique agency we took on the complete package: strategic direction, consulting, logo development and content creation. On the technical side we built a thoroughly modern website and connected it via an API directly to the estate agency software OnOffice, which we also set up in full for the client. Alongside this, we designed print advertising for local German-language newspapers in Tenerife.

Goslar | Rodriguez now has an immaculate premium presence across media. Thanks to the deep OnOffice API integration, property listings synchronise to the website fully automatically. With the IT infrastructure we set up and the strong branding, the company was able to operate professionally in Tenerife's fiercely contested property market from day one.
