The old website ("Steuerberatung 360°") had a strong regional focus and no longer reflected the firm's actual positioning. The goal of the relaunch was a strategic repositioning as a nationwide specialist firm for e-commerce. The core message: BTB is not a classic all-round firm, but the digital partner for cross-border online retail and complex financial architectures.

The challenge was to structure two pillars of content: the classic services of a tax firm (bookkeeping, payroll, annual accounts) and the platform-specific expertise (Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop and others). On top of that, a bespoke CMS solution had to be built so that job openings could be managed dynamically and the application process (for the Lübben office, for example) handled efficiently and in line with the GDPR directly on the website.

We developed a clean, performance-optimised website that radiates digital confidence ("Digitale Kanzlei 2024/2025") from the first moment. The navigation separates "services", "platforms" and "digitalisation" cleanly. A headless CMS now lets BTB maintain its career pages and job listings itself. The integration of the central login portals (BTBCloud, DATEV, Lexware, DIGI-BEL) underlines the fully digital approach.

The new platform positions BTB unmistakably as an authority in e-commerce tax law (OSS/IOSS, PAN-EU). Prospective clients see at once that deep ERP knowledge, automation and AI-assisted processes are part of daily practice here. At the same time, the new HR portal considerably improves the recruiting of digital specialists behind the scenes.
