PauseSolutions positions itself as a personal and dependable IT service provider for small and medium-sized companies (20–300 employees) in Berlin and Brandenburg. The goal of the project is to present the extensive range of services offered by Lennart Pause – from cloud services through IT management to cyber security – clearly and to build trust with the target group through a personal, approachable manner.

One hour of IT downtime often costs mid-sized companies between €5,000 and €25,000. More than 60% of all cyber attacks target SMEs, and almost all successful attacks begin with human error. The challenge was to communicate these critical IT risks clearly and to make SMEs aware of the absolute necessity of proactive, professional IT support.

We communicate the full-service approach of PauseSolutions clearly and in terms of its benefits. Key areas such as vendor-independent consulting, Microsoft ecosystem integration, backup strategies and cyber security (firewalls, endpoint protection, security awareness training) were prepared in a structured way. The focus lies on personal support, transparency through predictable retainer contracts and extreme reliability – at weekends too.

The outcome is a trustworthy platform that makes the path to a new IT partner extremely simple. A clearly defined three-stage onboarding process (free initial consultation, bespoke concept, implementation and support) tells potential clients exactly what to expect.
