The focus lies on direct help towards self-help without long bureaucratic detours, so that 100% of donations arrive where they are needed.

About the project
The goal
The goal was to give the non-profit association a fitting, appealing digital presence that informs donors about the education projects it supports in developing countries and highlights the transparent way the organisation works.
Performance and budget
The challenge
The previous WordPress website suffered from very poor performance and was hard to maintain. As this is a non-profit association in which 100% of donations flow directly into the projects, the budget for the relaunch was extremely tight. Expensive further development of the old system was not an option.
Technology
The solution
We carried out a cost-efficient, lean migration to Webstudio. This allowed us not only to cut loading times drastically, but also to implement a simple, clear design that puts the full focus on the mission (help towards self-help) and on the education projects themselves.

Phönix Help e.V. now has a lightning-fast, low-maintenance and modern website. Leaving WordPress behind means no more time-consuming plugin updates or maintenance costs. The association's resources can therefore continue to flow 100% into help on the ground.
