Running the e-commerce project AIRsteril.shop successfully, we spotted a gap in the market in the Canary Islands: demand for professional, discreet odour removal as a direct service (for hotels or Airbnb rentals, for example, or in extreme cases such as Diogenes syndrome). The goal was to found our own in-house service start-up and market it digitally.

The challenge was to communicate a highly specific problem (extreme odour nuisance from vomit, urine, decomposition or smoke) sensitively and discreetly, yet at the same time in a trustworthy and solution-oriented way. It had to be immediately clear that this is a professional service with a guarantee of success, not a simple room spray.

We built a compact, conversion-optimised one-page website (quitarolor.es) that addresses the customer's pain point directly. Clear pricing (from €250 for basic treatments), an explanation of the Plasma Quatro technology and the promise of 24/7 availability with 100% discretion are at the centre, keeping the barrier to getting in touch as low as possible.

QuitarOlor.es proves our ability not only to serve clients, but also to identify our own successful business models and establish them in the market. With a success rate of 99% in removal and hundreds of cases treated in the Canary Islands, the in-house project has grown into a dependable service partner, particularly for hotels and property managers.
