Sonne von Mallorca
Die Sonne von Mallorca is an owner-managed estate agency based in Portals Nous that has been active in the south-west of Mallorca between Palma and Puerto Andratx since 1998. The team sells apartments, villas, plots of land and fincas and accompanies buyers all the way to the notary appointment. After a complete rebranding, we redesigned the website in November 2023 and built it with WordPress and onOffice.

About the project
The goal
Die Sonne von Mallorca had rebuilt its entire brand presence. The website was to carry the new brand consistently into the digital world and lead prospective buyers quickly to suitable properties in the south-west of Mallorca.
Rebranding
The challenge
The new corporate design called for a completely new web presence rather than a revision of the old site. At the same time, the extensive property portfolio, from apartments through villas to fincas, had to appear on the website always up to date and in German, English and Spanish.
WordPress and onOffice
The solution
In November 2023 we redesigned and rebuilt the website completely on the basis of the new brand image and implemented it with WordPress. The properties come directly from onOffice, the team's estate agency software. A search by property type, location, price and reference number, a wish list as well as a contact form and WhatsApp lead prospects to an enquiry without detours.
Result
The result
Die Sonne von Mallorca now appears online just as it does in its new brand image: bright, high-quality and Mediterranean. New properties from onOffice appear on the website without having to be maintained twice, and the team can concentrate on advising its clients.
