Villa Rosalva

Villa Rosalva set out to modernise and optimise its business processes in order to stay competitive and offer guests the best possible service. The main goals were the launch of a user-friendly and appealing website, the implementation of an efficient booking function and the integration of Google Calendar to make managing reservations and events easier. Beyond that, automation was to reduce manual workflows and so save time and resources.

Delivering these goals came with a number of challenges. For one, the new website had to be optimised for desktop as well as mobile devices in order to meet the needs of today's customers. It was also important to build an effective and user-friendly booking function that gives guests a seamless booking process. The integration of Google Calendar was a further challenge, as it required smooth synchronisation between the booking platform and the calendar system. Finally, it was crucial to design the automation so that it increases the efficiency of the business while giving staff the chance to concentrate on more important tasks.

To meet these challenges, our agency ELECOS developed a bespoke solution for Villa Rosalva. We designed an appealing and user-friendly website that works flawlessly on desktop and on mobile devices. The booking function was designed to be simple to use and to give guests a quick and straightforward booking process. The integration of Google Calendar was implemented successfully, so that reservations and events synchronise seamlessly.
