State-certified everyday companion Martin Wiedenbauer focuses on more joy in everyday life and on noticeable relief for family carers – easily billed through the German long-term care insurance (relief allowance and respite care).

About the project
The goal
The goal was to create an approachable, trustworthy digital calling card for state-certified everyday companion Martin Wiedenbauer. The website should show seniors and above all their family carers that help is available, easy to book and billable through the long-term care insurance.
Empathy and trust
The challenge
The greatest challenge with services in care and senior support lies in building trust. The website could not come across as cool, sterile or purely medical, because this is explicitly about social enrichment (games, walks, conversations) and not about medical nursing.
Web design
The solution
We developed a harmonious one-pager focused on warmth, empathy and clear information. Complex topics such as cost coverage by the long-term care insurance (under § 45b and § 39 SGB XI) were prepared in an easy-to-understand FAQ section. A direct WhatsApp integration lowers the barrier to getting in touch.
Visibility
The result
The new website radiates exactly the warmth and reliability that Martin Wiedenbauer embodies in his work. Family carers from Miesbach, Rosenheim and Bad Tölz now quickly find all the information they need about relief and can arrange a no-obligation first meeting without complications.
